CGM Open Member Section Rules of Procedure -- defining the governance, financing, membership rules, and overall direction of CGM Open.
WebCGM Technical Committee Charter -- defining the exact scope of the technical work, and any operating procedures in addition to the standard OASIS Technical Process (TC Policy, IPR Policy, Liaison Policy, etc)
