In 5.5.11 Note 1 add at end, "Although after a RESTORE PRIMITIVE CONTEXT element primitives are drawn with the restored attribute values and specification modes or selection modes, subsequent attribute elements should be specified with the specification mode or selection mode current prior to the RESTORE PRIMITIVE CONTEXT element".
In 5.5.11 delete Note 2 and renumber Note 3 as Note 2.
