In Table 21 T.21.1 Model Profile specification is wrong.
In Table 25 T.25.3 references are wrong.

In Table 21 T.21.1 replace "[v1/v2] metafiles only" with "[v1/v2 metafiles only]".
In Table 25 T.25.3 replace ""25.4" with "25.3" two instances
In Table 25 Attachment on p106 replace "25.4" with "25.3" and delete "Model Profile"
