Nature of defect (complete, concise explanation of the perceived problem):
Use of upper case for METAFILE DESCRIPTOR (1 occurrence on p.1 and 1 occurrence on p.4) is inconsistent with other usage in the standard. Use of upper case for PICTURE DESCRIPTOR (1 occurrence on p.4) is inconsistent with other usage in the standard, and the word "element" following PICTURE DESCRIPTOR is misleading — there is no such element.

Solution proposed by the submitter (optional):
Change the occurrences of "METAFILE DESCRIPTOR" to "Metafile Descriptor" on p.1 and p.4. In clause 4.2, p.4, change "a PICTURE DESCRIPTOR (PD) element" to "a Picture Descriptor (PD)".
