In the "Parameter Type" column, there are 5 missing commas: after each occurrence of "(n+m)R"; after the second occurrence of "2R"; after "2CO"; and after "IX,I". In the "Parameter List Length" column, there are 2 missing plus signs: after "BIX+BIX" and after "BIX+BI". In the "Parameter Range" column there are 4 missing commas: after the first, third, and fourth occurrences of "++RR"; and after "COR".

Modify the proposal slighthly. In the "Parameter Type" column, insert comma: after each occurrence of "(n+m)R"; after the second occurrence of "2R"; after "2CO"; and after "IX,I".
