Nature of defect (complete, concise explanation of the perceived problem):
The restrictions on the values of Cell Colour Precision parameter will likely conflict with registration proposals for LZW and JPEG compression techniques. These registration proposals have been planned for a long time and are currently being processed. There are two possible solutions: delete the restrictions of Part 3, p.42, parameter P3; or allow the registration proposals to explicitly waive the restriction.

Allow the registration proposals to explicitly waive the restriction. In Part 3, page 42, TILE, Cell Colour Precision parameter at end of sentence add " for compression types 0 - 5, or any value specified in the Register for compression type>6."
