Regarding defect report 8632-4/006 on Clear-Text encoding of Interpolated Interior. Should NBR as abbreviation of NUMBER be introduced in clause 5.4.4?

No change to the standard. Words are to appear in the abbreviation list only if they are part of something which actually appears in the Clear Text metafile, i.e., either an opcode or an enumerative value. NUMBER (or NBR) is just used in an "intermediate" elaboration of the element production, and never appears in the metafile. Therefore it need not appear in the list of abbreviations.
