Nature of defect (complete, concise explanation of the perceived problem):

Table 1, p.14 specifies, for the data type "N" entry, "SI at integer precision (np)". It should be "SI at name precision (np)". Table 4, p.21, the "Parameter Type" is "N". It should be "I". P.23, the data type of "NAME PRECISION" is "(name)". It should be "(integer)".

Table 1, p.14, the data type "N" entry, change "integer precision" to "name precision".

Table 4, p.21, "NAME PRECISION" entry, change the "Parameter Type" from "N" to "I", change "Param List Length" from "BN" to "BI".

P.23, "NAME PRECISION", change "(name)" to "(integer)".
